To promote a forum for discussion of topics of interest to those interested in; advancing; or learning about the hobby of large scale model railroading with a general bias towards outdoor operations, without exclusion to other aspects of the hobby.

Additionally, to provide a venue for commraderie and friendship for individuals and families in North Central Pennsylvania with interests in the afforementioned hobby.
